Don’t risk minimizing the success of your estate sale by hiring anything less than a professional estate service!
One of our staff, usually Niki or Jim, will meet with the homeowner, estate executor, realtor or appointed contact.
This process can take 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the size of the estate, number of out buildings and location of storage or satellite units.
The “walk-through” is a great time for questions and answers from all parties.
Whenever possible, it is helpful to have all involved parties present at the walk-through.
At the conclusion of the walk-through we will recommend if an estate sale is appropriate for the situation at hand.
We'll also discuss estate sale contract, possible dates/times for the sale, as well as the time frame needed to setup and prepare for a successful estate sale.
Please provide a copy of Domiciliary Letter of Notarized Power of Attorney if available.
It may take up to 2 weeks to effectively research, price, tag, stage and advertise a sale properly. Generally, sales are two to three days around a weekend. Our mission is to maximize the cash value of our client’s assets. We take another week following the sales to box up and deal with items per clients request in contract.
